This program is designed to help you stay active, motivated, and supported throughout the month with structure that fits your lifestyle. Whether you’re coming off a reset or simply want accountability going into a new month, this program gives you guidance without pressure.

• 3–4 written workouts per week (gym-based with at-home options)
• Weekly accountability check-ins
• Participants-only accountability chat
• Access to the BeBodyGoals Facebook Community
• 1 live workout each week hosted on Kajabi
