Unbig Your Back 4.0 is a 4-week transformation challenge designed to help you tone your upper body, reduce back fat, and build confidence through structure and accountability. Includes weekly workouts, nutrition guidance, check-ins, private group support, and live coaching. This challenge will be focused on real results, consistency, and becoming your own body goals.

Join me on June 6th at 10:00 AM for a fun, high-energy group workout designed to help you move, sweat, tone, and feel good. This class combines cardio, resistance bands, lower body work, and full-body toning in a supportive, upbeat environment.

MISS BRIA LOREN
Bria is from San Antonio, Texas, and grew up in Indianapolis, IN. She emerged as a collegiate athlete, earning her B.A. in Biology at Earlham College before further honing her expertise with an M.S. in Biotechnology from Ball State University.
Bria is dedicated to her craft, specializing in strength, functional, and endurance training. Her passion lies in empowering women to embrace a wholesome and energetic way of life, bolstering their self-assurance along the way, and inspiring them to become their own body goals.
